GOLF TIPS
How's your downswing? Did you know that many golfers are given bad advice when it comes to this swing? The problem is, most players start into the motion of the downswing by turning their shoulders. The shoulders should actually remain somewhat square during ball impact. |

When you're on the putting green, try not to walk across another golfers putting line. Many don't know this but the imprint your foot makes could alter the path of that golfer's ball and negatively affect his game.

A few tips that could help you fix those slices and hooks...
As a basic, your right elbow should stay fairly close to your body- starting from your backswing and ending with the follow through. When the elbow opens up from the body, you are more likely to hit slices and hooks. Lengthen the "drag" of your backswing. Allow the head of your club to move parallel to the ground as long as possible before levating up on the backswing - the left arm should stay fairly straight during the downswing. Move the ball back or forward depending on the direction in which your ball curves. Loosen your grip. |
